Description
The high altitude, cool climate growing conditions in Orange contribute to a sweeter flavoured cherry and when combined with 17 different botanicals, carefully selected by Jones and Smith distillery a great balance of sweet, well rounded flavour, and intense colour is created. This batch is timeless and unique and the profile may vary due to the use of seasonal ingredients. As always epoch cherry gin is produced skillfully using our very own non- chill filtered distilling approach.
