Our Barrel Aged Gin is a well crafted expression of our award winning Signature Dry Gin aged in a specifically chosen French Oak ex Brandy barrel. It combines our unique and much loved Dry Gin flavors with the sweet brilliance of a Christmas Brandy.
The classic Gin flavors of flowers, fresh and dried fruit, and the citrus zest are present with notes of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. The vibrant gold colour is owed to the meticulous aging time in the French Oak Brandy Barrel. The perfect treat for a summer afternoon.

Description
This Release is considered and complex, comprising 17 botanicals for a unique, elegant flavour. A floral bouquet, prevailing citrus, earthy undertones is finished with a smooth peppery balance, all complementing the juniper hierarchy of this
well-rounded gin. Each and every batch is unique and the varying seasonal ingredients may vary the profile.
